My Mammy Lies
My Mammy, she tells a lot of lies She never did before. From now until she dies, She'll tell a whole lot more. Ask my Mammy how she is And because she can't explain, She will tell a little lie Because she can't describe the pain.
Ask my Mammy how she is, She'll say, "I'm alright". If that's the truth, then tell me, why does she cry each night?
Ask my Mammy how she is, She seems to cope so well. She didn't have a choice you see nor the strength to yell.
Ask my Mammy how she is, "I'm fine, I'm well, I'm coping". For God's sake Mammy, just tell the truth just say your heart is broken. She'll love me all her life, I loved her all of mine. But if you ask her how she is, She'll lie and say she's fine. I am Here in Heaven. I cannot hug from here. If she lies to you don't listen, Hug her and hold her near. On the day we meet again, We'll smile and I'll be bold. I'll say,You're lucky to get in here, Mammy With all the lies you told. -Author Unknown-

Angel Babies
Angel babies, In Heaven above, In God‘s care, Wrapped in our love.
Angel babies, You’ll never know, Just how much, We miss you so.
Angel babies, Spirits set free, To roam the skies, For eternity.
Angel babies, Though we’re apart, You’ll always remain, Deep within our hearts.

My Child
On the day God took you I thought that I would die. I wondered where the time went? I asked alot of whys?? With people all around me, I felt alone inside.
From all their words of comfort, I couldn't seem to hide, I thought I might be dreaming. That I'd wake and find you here, I thought,"This can't be happening." As I wiped another tear.
On the day that you were laidt o rest. My heart broke yet again, I wondered if the pain would end, But mostly, I wondered when ? ? It' s hard to be without you,
At times the days seem long, Sometimes I just sit crying, When there's really nothing wrong. I wish we'd had more time, Before your life was done.
I hope your resting peacefully, My precious little one.

What Makes A Mother
I thought of you and closed my eyes. And prayed to God today, I asked "What makesa Mother?" And I know I heard him say. A Mother has a baby. This we know is true. But, God, can you be a mother, When your baby's not with you? Yes, you can he replied With confidence in his voice, I give many women babies. When they leave it is not their choice. Some I send for a lifetime. And others for the day, And some I send to feel your womb, But there's no need to stay. I just don't understand this God, I want my baby here he took a breath and cleared his throat, And then I saw a tear
I wish I could show you What your child is doing today If you could see your child smile With other children and say
"We go to earth to learn our lessons of love and life and fear My mummy loved me so much I got to come straight here
I feel so lucky to have a Mum who had so much love for me I learned my lessons very quickly My Mummy set me free.
I miss my Mummy oh so much But I visit her each day When she goes to sleep On her pillows where I lay
I stroke her hair and kiss her cheek And whisper in her ear Mummy don't be sad today I'm your baby and I am here"
So you see my dear sweet one Your children are okay Your babies are here in My home And this is where they'll stay They'll wait for you with Me Until your lessons are through And on the day you come home they'll be at the gates for you
So now you see What makes a Mother It's the feeling in your heart It's the love you had so much of
Right from the very start Though some on earth May not realize Until their time is done
Remember all the love you have And know that you are A Special Mum. Remember That I Love You Author Unknown

GOD'S LITTLEST ANGEL
There’s a special angel in Heaven That is a part of me. It is not where I wanted her, But where God wanted her to be.
She was here just for a moment, Like a night time shooting star And although she is in Heaven, she isn’t very far.
She touched the hearts of many, Like only an angel can do. Every minute that I held her, I pray my love she knew.
So I send this special message, To Heaven up above, Please take care of my angel, And send her all my love. Author Unknown
A child that loses a parent is an orphan, A man who loses his wife is a widower, A woman who loses her husband is a widow,
There is no name for a parent that loses a child, For there is no word to describe the PAIN!!!!!!! GOD'S LITTLEST ANGEL

To never have
To never have taken your first breath, To never have smiled or cried, To never have heard you say your first word, To never hear the sound of your steps To never see what you would become. Is the hardest things of all,But in each an every one of us A part of you lives on, In our all our hopes and dreams is you, Our hearts ache because of you,But even without you here we all feelrather blessed Because you see little Siobhan We all got to know A sleeping little angel for all of us to know, So now each day we think of what you would have done The emptiness you left, But the joy we have to see, That you were part of all of us. So now you see little one, That you will live forever, In all our hearts, minds and soul. Cause that the bond and love you left, The day you grew your wings , and flew back to where our sleeping angels lie. In everything we do now, We think of you to, To always sit and wonder, What you would have done to, So every night our tears fall, Deep down we all know, That we were truly blessed, To have our very own angel. And now we know that you are, Our guardian angel, Watching and protecting us all, in everything we do.
